How accessible did you find the centre?

“Very accessible for the trainers. Some staff had problems with parking nearby, which we will need to warn them about for next time. I think the park and ride might be a better option for them.”

Was the furniture comfortable and suitable for the event?

“Yes, we had no complaints from staff.”

Was the room clean and available on Time?

“Yes, everything in the rooms were ready and set up for our arrival.”

If any equipment was provided, did it operate correctly?

“All of the IT equipment worked. The mobile hoist had a problem which was going to be actioned once this was reported to staff by our trainer.”

Were the Willow Centre staff helpful and friendly?

“Very much so, they couldn’t have been more helpful.”

If refreshments were provided, please list your favourites?

“It was nice for staff to have access to hot drinks and water”

Overall, how was your experience with The Willow Centre?

“We were all very impressed with the centre and its very modern facilities. Having shops nearby was useful for staff, and the train station nearby proved useful for those travelling via that means. The staff attending and our trainers said they enjoyed having use of the centre. We were also interested in other rooms in the centre that were for hire as well as those we had booked. We look forward to using the centre throughout the coming year and onwards.”
