DESCRIPTION:Who is it for? \nThis one day course has been designed to help anyone who works within the catering industry handling\, preparing or serving food. \nBy law\, all food handlers must have an understanding of the basic principles of food hygiene and know how to work safely so as to protect the food they serve from contamination. \nThis course provides learners with up-to-date food hygiene information using a range of written and interactive exercises to ensure learners thoroughly comprehend their food safety responsibilities. \n  \nThe course will cover the following: \n\nUnderstand how individuals can take personal responsibility for food safety in their environment\nTo understand the importance of keeping him/herself clean and hygienic\nTo understand the importance of keeping work areas clean and hygienic\nTo understand how to keep food safe\nTo understand the law and legislation around Food Hygiene\n\nThe course will be certificated. \nHow long is it? \nOne day – 09:00 – 16:00 \n  \nWhat is the cost? \n£50.00 plus VAT \n  \n**Please Note – Training date will be confirmed upon min number of delegates who have booked**
