DESCRIPTION:Who is it for? \nThis 1 day REFRESHER course is suitable for professionals who are already  competent in their Train the Trainer practices and want to update their knowledge and skills.  The course will update on the following areas: \n\nAnatomy of the Spine and Types of Injuries\nBiometrics & Ergonomics\nSafe Lifting Techniques – L.I.T.E\nLifting Objects\nKey Elements of People Moving\nManual Handling Law and A.C.O.P.S Guidance\nManual Handling Responsibilities and the Law\nRisks and Controls related to People Moving\nPeople Moving – Risk Assessments/ Personal Plan\nPeople Moving – Controversial Techniques\nPeople Moving – Good Techniques\nPractical Sessions and Assessments in People Moving\n\nCandidates will be assessed throughout the course and at the end to ensure competency and the course is certificated.  Course price is excluding VAT. \nPlease Note: Candidates will also be asked to produce evidence of original TTT training when booking this course.  Dates are subject to change.
