We’re pleased to invite local residents to a FREE 8-week Healthy Eating Support Group in Chelmsford, delivered as part of the Public Health Collaboration Group programme at The Willow Centre.
This supportive group programme is designed to help you build healthier habits with practical, real-food guidance and encouragement in a friendly setting. It’s ideal if you want support to improve eating habits, stay motivated, and take positive steps towards better metabolic health.
